We are all born with an INNER GLOW, but as we live our lives and deal with physical and emotional pain, stress and anxiety, nutritional deficiencies, lack of self-confidence and the notion that we are not worthy of great things, this GLOW starts to dim. At The Glowing Vibes, we are all about helping you tap into the things that bring you joy, educating you on how to eat a more nutrient dense, whole foods, diet, encouraging you to practice more self-love, and assisting you in creating and embracing new, positive belief systems, so that you may IGNITE YOUR GLOW once again and start living the life of your dreams!

I am passionate about all things wellness, self-care, self-love, and doing the things that bring us JOY each and every day. This way of living has brought profound healing into my life in so many different ways and has truly transformed how I experience being alive. I have found that living for the things that brings us JOY is what truly activates our GLOW and helps us live our dream lives! With my background and training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and student of meditation for many years, I am excited to share my tips, knowledge, and insights on how to keep your GLOW ignited, through mindfulness, self-care, yoga, nutrition, and overall wellness.
